TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services Provided

REPPD provides career consultation, strategy sessions, workshops and advisory services for comedians and comedy creatives. All services are advisory in nature and do not constitute formal representation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

REPPD offers professional guidance based on industry experience; however, we do not guarantee bookings, representation, income, media appearances or career outcomes. Progress depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including individual effort and industry conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for implementing any advice given. REPPD is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken following a session.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. REPPD will not share your personal information, career details or materials without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets and guidance provided by REPPD remain the intellectual property of REPPD and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without written permission. Your creative work remains your own.

6. Payments

All fees must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.

No Refunds

  • All payments made to REPPD are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in circumstances. Where possible, REPPD may offer a one-time reschedule in line with our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy, but this is at our discretion and subject to availability.

8. Session Conduct

REPPD maintains a professional, respectful working environment. Discriminatory, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of the session without refund.

9. Scope of Advice

REPPD does not provide legal, financial, or visa advice. Any guidance touching on these areas is general and informational only and you should seek qualified professional advice where required.

10. Recording & Sharing

Sessions may not be recorded or shared without prior consent from REPPD. Any approved recordings are for personal use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

REPPD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

REPPD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all future bookings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
